Convay was growing fast. The platform was reaching global audiences and hosting high-stakes meetings, yet its mobile app felt stuck in the past. Users couldn't easily join meetings, key features were missing, and the experience felt clunky. I stepped in to help redesign the mobile flow from the ground up, making it simpler to use, faster to join, and aligned with the web experience. The goal? Make sure users could rely on Convay, wherever they are.

Convay AI for Physical Meetings started with a simple question: Why should only online meetings be easy to document? In high-stakes rooms, whether it's a government briefing or an internal sync, people still scramble to take notes or forget key points entirely. This feature was our answer: record audio, let AI handle the rest. Transcripts, summaries, multilingual support, all packaged into a simple, intuitive flow that turns real-world conversations into shareable outcomes.

Convay Design System

Convay's fast growth created a need for consistency and scalability, but the platform had no design system in place. As the only UX designer assigned to the task, I took the initiative to create Convay's first design system from scratch. With guidance from the product team and close collaboration with developers, I built a scalable foundation defining colors, typography, spacing, components, and patterns. This design system unified the platform's visual language across light and dark themes and improved team workflows: making handoffs easier, updates faster, and new features more consistent. Today, it supports Convay's core platform and upcoming features across web and mobile, enabling the product to scale with confidence.

FitVibe: A Comprehensive Fitness App

FitVibe is a comprehensive fitness app designed for fitness enthusiasts and individuals pursuing a healthy lifestyle. It offers a range of features including workout and diet planners, progress tracking, social interaction, gamified challenges, and an e-commerce shop. With a focus on personalized guidance and community support, FitVibe caters to passionate fitness enthusiasts and those seeking to improve their well-being.

TravelMate AI

TravelMate AI is a mobile-based conversational assistant designed to make traveling simpler and stress-free. It helps tourists navigate new cities, get instant recommendations, translate on the go, and access emergency info in real time. By combining chat, voice, and travel utilities in one app, TravelMate brings together tools that are usually scattered across multiple platforms, giving users a single, reliable travel companion.

In a platform used across 46+ countries, including by government agencies, missing a critical update can break workflows. I helped design a centralized, categorized notification system for Convay, ensuring users could easily stay on top of meetings, messages, and file updates. This feature was a small yet strategic step toward making Convay a seamless, scalable collaboration tool.
